Hello, my name is Paul Bussey, and I'd like to give you an insight into the services I provide. These include Face to Face, Telephone and Online Counselling. Some people find it too difficult to open up to a counsellor in a formal office environment, and therefore by accessing Telephone or Online Counselling from the comfort of your own home, this helps put you at ease right from the beginning, and if you are at ease, this will allow you to discuss events more openly. Counselling and Emotional Support are about exploring a problem or difficulty that you may be experiencing. This may include depression, anxiety or stress. It could alternatively be as a result of problems within a physical or emotional situation in your life, and which you are struggling to deal with. I currently also work as a Group Therapy Facilitator, working with up to ten clients each session.
