I am a qualified integrative counsellor working within a relational model- this means that one of the most important aspects of my work is the therapeutic relationship that develops with my clients. This means that the way that I work with each client will be fundamentally unique because each client is unique.
This, I believe, is a fascinating and exciting way of working as it encourages both client and counsellor to really enter into the moment, the 'now', and explore the emotional experience therein- something that is quite rare for most of us in our day-to-day lives.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I trained in central London for my Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and am a member of the BACP (Dip. Couns, MBACP).
I have experience of agencies in both London and Bristol, working with a broad section of clients including students in Higher and Further Education, survivors of sexual abuse and rape, & bereavement and loss. |
